I've had my Samsung DW80B7071US dishwasher for about 18 months. Within the first year, the adjustable slide on the second rack that is supposed to accommodate wine glasses began detaching from the assembly. Samsung support was not helpful. I called for warranty service and was told that I needed to be gentler when loading my dishwasher.
The assembly for this is basically a plastic clip that snaps to the frame of the rack. Every time I run a dishwashing cycle, it detaches. It's extraordinarily annoying and renders the second rack somewhat useless.
I've tried marine epoxy, FlexSeal, Flex Tape and other waterproof, high heat adhesives to no avail. Does anyone have a solution to permanently seal this?
