Double Oven Reboots Randomly and Frequently

My double oven (model number NV51K7770DS/AA) reboots randomly and at least once a week. When it happens while the ovens are on they will come back on to the preset temperature(s) when it reboots, but any timers that were being used reset and are not restarted. I tend to use lots of timers making this EXTREMELY annoying.

The rebooting frequency is increased if I leave the internet option turned on.

At some point it has updated the soft with a date code in 2020. Since my oven was manufactured in December of 2019, I assume this got updated since I installed the oven. I turn the Wi-Fi on for a week or so every once in a while to see if it will update again.

Hi there, Thanks so much for posting about this. I can certainly see how frustrating it would be to have your oven reset in the middle of using it. I have a couple links I think may be able to help with this. The first has information on what to do if the oven randomly powers off.

https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01212028/

The next link has some more steps you can take if you're still experiencing power issues with the oven.

Once these steps are completed, if the oven is still power cycling, the unit will require service. There are a few options here we can take based on your warranty status.
If youā€™re in the one-year manufacturerā€™s warranty, please gather together the full model and serial number of your unit, and have ready your name, street address, 2 phone numbers (Best contact, alternative number), email, and place of purchase. Provide this information to an agent, in one of the following options below:
1.) Reach out to a Moderator directly, by selecting our name and the message option. When messaging please use a link to this thread in addition to the info above.
2.) Reach out to us on Facebook or Twitter. Please provide the same info as above, as well as the link to your thread.
3.) You can also contact 1-800-726-7864, if youā€™d like to speak with a live agent about this situation.
4.) Last, if you wish to speak with a live agent and donā€™t want to call in, you can reach out to our Live Chat team.
If youā€™re out of the one-year manufacturerā€™s warranty:
1. You can utilize this link to locate an authorized service center in your area to obtain estimates for repairs: http://www.Samsung.com/us/support/service/location or reach out to any local repair shop.
2. The other option, would be a replacement of the unit. Samsung.com offers amazing deals on different models that may be to your liking, check out those deals here:

Common step to try is to remove power for at least 30 seconds. Probably need to from the home's power box.

But, its an issue when an oven runs on an OS. The added complexity will do that.

Thanks for your suggestion. During the three and a half years since this oven was installed, the power has been shut off for more than 30 seconds multiple times for various reasons. The oven continues to reboot randomly at least once per week.  I donā€™t think shutting off this one circuit for 30 seconds will correct the problem.  However, it is possible that cycling the power before I use it each time might keep it from happening while Iā€™m using it. Of course a better solution would be for Samsung to fix the bug in their software.
