I have a model #me19r704 microwave over my stove. The fan seems to run and the vent flap outside the house opens when it's running but it doesn't seem to remove any steam from a pot on the stove. I've cleaned the grease filters and the charcoal filter is missing. I can feel air coming out from the vent where the charcoal filter goes. Here's what it looks like inside where the air blows out. Is there anything I can do?
