My Samsung fridge is currently offline but is not able to scan for Wifi Networks. Twice, I had reset the fridge's network, but nothing happened. I have Smart Things on my mobile phone but am unable to diagnose the issue because the fridge is offline. I also restarted my router and nothing on the fridge.
It was working fine the night before, so I am not sure what happened overnight. Any thoughts?
