Kitchen and Family Hub- 2 years ago we bought the Samsung Jet 75 vacuum with the clean station. Been very happy with it, and never had a problem - until today. When we went to empty the canister into the clean station, the flap on the bottom of the canister broke off at the hinge. So, I contacted Samsung support to order a replacement.
Well - no can do. They don't make a replacement. They make a canister that doesn't have a flap at the bottom, so you can't use the clean station. So, now I have a $129 clean station that I can't use, unless I buy a whole new $269 vacuum.
I cannot believe Samsung can get away with selling a product, which they still sell, and not sell parts. Hopefully, Samsung will read this and come up with a solution - but if not, then I won't be buying this brand again...

Kitchen and Family HubSame problem. In the past 5 years I've purchased:
$3,000 Samsung TV, $1200 phone. $250 Vacuum. I'm now looking at a Washer/Dryer...but not a Samsung!!! Never again Samsung.
