I've recently bought the 32 cu ft 3 French Door Refrigerator (Model #RF32CG5100SR). The water dispenser does not work in the door. I have an appointment with a tech in a few days but was wondering if the dispenser could be locked. In the owners manual for the main panel I have type C. It does not have the option for a Water/Ice Lock. The autofill pitcher fills with water. So I know the water line to the door works. But the door water dispenser does not work. Any way to check if the dispenser is locked?
