Kitchen and Family HubI just purchased a new Samsung Bespoke refrigerator and downloaded the ios Smart Things app to control it. When I go to the app it recognizes the refrigerator and suggests I add the device. When I click on Add it takes me to the sign in screen. I fill out the email address (I already have a Samsung account online - and it works online using my laptop). When I click Next it takes me to a new screen -
"Couldn't load webpage.
You're not authorized to view this page.
Error 403: Forbidden. INVALID SESSION
WIPV2USSauseast1_ 1717515938731_99999-7783096202.999"
And that's as far as I can get. If I go online to register the fridge I get:
"We are under going a system maintenance to enhance our customer experience. Please check back in a few hours. Thank you for your patience"
Unable to register new fridge...
Any help you could offer would be much appreciated.
*** 6/13/23 UPDATE
After going through all the Samsung help lines and phone calls it was determined my iPhone was at fault. I tried the iOS app on my wife's iPad and it took right off. Then I installed the app on her iPhone and that worked just fine. I then compared section by section in the settings section and BINGO one of them (not sure which one) opened everything up. Working just fine now, Smart Things app is great!
