Sunday in
Kitchen and Family HubSamsung bespoke jetbot combo Vacuum.
Every time it returns to the station after vacuuming it tries to automatically empty the dust bin. Once it docks to empty the dust bin, It says to replace the dust bag and check for any objects stuck in the air path. The dust bag is new and I cannot find instructions on how to check for objects stuck in the air path. How do I find this information because clearly the air path is clogged because the dust bag remains empty... I have had to manually empty the dust bin for the cleaning to be remotely effective, but I would like this incredibly expensive machine to work as it's supposed to.

Hello and thank you for reaching out regarding the Jet Bot, and it will be our pleasure to look into this concern. To start, we recommend ensure the dust bag within the docking station itself is in good condition and replaced if needed. We have attached the article here to assist with the aspect- https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/home-appliances/replacing-the-clean-station-dust-bag/.
Please also perform a factory reset as a possible resolution. This is suggested due to the Jet Bot not working properly, and you can follow the steps here- https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/home-appliances/how-to-factory-reset-the-samsung-jet-bot-combo/.
If this does not correct your concern, a service visit may be required using this link- https://www.samsung.com/us/
