Gas Range Model NX60A6711SS/AA Flame Adjustment

Can I adjust the flame on its "HI" position for a one burner? The manual only describes the adjustment of the "LO" position.

We have a couple questions as to which burner you'd like to adjust.

• Are you referring to an oven burner or a cook top burner?
• What issue is happening with the burner in question? (for example: not lighting the full ring, producing a yellow flame instead of blue, etc.)

I mean the stove top burner of my NX60A6711SS/AA Gas Range. It is the front burner on the right side with the two rings of flames. These flames are really too high, when it's on "HI". They exceed the largest pot I can use on this burner and burn the pot handles. The flames are regularly in color.

Please try these steps:

1. Turn off the cook top and wait for it to cool.
2. Clean the burner head and cap and then reassemble it properly.
3. If the flame is still different, replace the burner head and cap.
4. If the flame is still different even with new parts, we would need service to come look at the range.
