The Smart Control function on the range turns off by itself.
Which makes it unusable as you go back to the range to turn on Smart Control to be able to use the app.
Unable to pre-heat the oven from the home office.

My manual does not state that the feature disables when the oven door is opened. We expect the feature to work intuitively when we pay a premium for it. Maybe it's time for a class action suit.

Many of their appliances work this way. It’s idiotic.
I suspect this is Samsung covering their self because they can’t stop hackers from getting into your ovens and turning them on.
