I have had my slimline bespoke microwave since nov2024 and it is not working already, code rh-1 randomly comes on and everything works when you start the timer except the heat!! Please help my phone number is <Hidden>
Hey Members_rLnlN4s! Thanks for visiting the Community. If you get an error code service is pretty much needed. First though, it's possible that if you power cycle the microwave, you may clear the error. And if you think moisture may have gotten in the microwave, that could be causing errors too, so let it dry. Unplug the microwave or turn it off at the circuit breaker. If the microwave's electronics recently came in contact with moisture, like from a spill or steam from a cooktop, give it time to dry. Otherwise, wait 60 seconds and then turn the microwave back on.
If this does not help I recommend letting a service technician have a look, as I stated previously. As we would like to gather additional information, and look at this from a case by case basis, please provide the full model code and serial number of the device as well as your best contact phone number, name, and email.
