LED and OLED TVsHello! Thank you for reaching out! Some TVs do not have the option to disable the shortcuts. So that I may look into this further, can I have your full model number?

LED and OLED TVsI believe you may be able to disable the Accessibility Menu Shortcut. The Manual states you can turn on or turn off the accessibility functions such as Voice Guide, Picture Off, Video Description, Caption,High Contrast, Enlarge, Learn TV Remote, Learn Menu Screen, Multi-output Audio, Slow Button Repeat, Accessibility Settings, and you can move to the Learn TV Remote and Learn Menu Screen pages.
If you are using a Smart Remote, follow the directions below.
-On the Samsung Smart Remote, there are 2 thin horizontal rocker buttons next to each other located slightly below the middle of the remote. The one on the left is the volume button. Press and hold the volume button to open the Accessibility Shortcuts menu. Even if the Voice Guide is set to Off or muted, when you press and hold the volume button, the voice guide for Accessibility Shortcuts is enabled.
If you are using a standard remote, follow these directions.
- Press the CC/VD button or press and hold the MUTE button to open the Accessibility Shortcuts menu.Even if the Voice Guide is set to Off or muted, the voice guide for Accessibility Shortcuts is enabled.
Let us know if this helps.

LED and OLED TVsUnfortunately, the above solution does not solve my problem.
My desire is to make as if holding MUTE button for 3 seconds does NOTHING (meaning does NOT open up the assessibilitu menu).
If pressing mute for 3 sec gets you to that assessibility - my mom will find a way to turn on that darn Voice menu LOL.
And I will be taking many urgent rides to her house to fix.
Simplest fix is to tell mom not to press mute for 3 seconds - but unfortunately, as we get older, that is not working š
Thank you for looking into, and if know how to disable the mute button for 3 seconds from entering the accessibility menu - I would be ecstatic š
