LED and OLED TVsHello. Our Smart Samsung TV UN65TU700DFXZA has been unusable due to the "Accessibility Shortcuts" menu screen popping up and remaining on top of everything else. It is very challenging to close the screen and when I'm able to, it pops right back up.
Additionally, the closed caption and other menu options within the screen turn on and off by themselves and the volume number appears and disappears on its own.
Over the past few days, I've spent close to 10 hours trying to fix this tv. I've tried six different remote controls (most of them original Samsung remotes), reset the tv to factory settings, rebooted, unplugged/plugged back in after various time intervals, and reset the remotes, among many other things.
I am unable to access most settings because the "Accessibility Shortcuts" screen constantly pops up and covers everything else.
We do not have cable, so there is no cable box. Nothing is plugged into the tv. It connects to WI-FI wirelessly (our provider is Comcast/Xfinity.) The tv has not been damaged and software updates are set to automatic.
Thank you very much for any help you can provide!

LED and OLED TVsHello! Thank you for reaching out! I understand how frustrating this can be. I would recommend first removing the remotes from the room so the TV can not be controlled as this could cause the issue. If this doesn't work please call in directly at 1 (800) 726-7864 and ask for our remote management team to get further support.
