LED and OLED TVsWhen attempting to log into any app that isn't currently logged into on my Samsung TV, the screen goes black. If I hit the back button, it goes back to the previous screen, but the black screen never changes and does not allow you to co Timur to log into the app. So far I have cold restarted the TV (unplugged it while on and waited at least 30 seconds before replugging it in), deleted all of the apps Iām not able to log into and redownloading them, deleting unused apps to clear space (even though I already had plenty of space), ran self diagnostics in the settings menu, and changed the account that is signed into the TV. Nothing has helped and the issue is still occurring.
All apps that were previously logged into are working as expected and did not have this issue when I logged into them when I received the TV. I have only had this TV for about 2 months and I am not sure what has changed to no longer allow me to log into apps.
It doesnāt matter what app it is, if itās not logged into an account, the tv goes black when trying to log in. Please help.

LED and OLED TVsHi there, Thanks so much for asking about this. That does sound frustrating. Have you checked for software updates on the TV? Here's a link on how to update the TV: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062224/
If that doesn't work, I recommend trying a factory reset on the TV by following the steps in this link:

Please let us know if this helps.
