All my Samsung TVs updated the Directv App and now the channel up and down buttons don’t work. The circle works but it’s very slow and getting the guide and to other channel is much more complex than it needs to be. Specially if I’m watching channel 2 and need to go to channel 500! Horrible update

Contact at&t or directv about this. They are responsible. The app updated itself, meaning it was a update for the app, not the tv
