Now a couple of dayโ€™s I get a pop-up to start Ai on my Samsung oled s95f. There is no option to disable this feature. I can cancel it but every day after turning on this pop-up keeps appearing and blocks whatever you are looking at for a couple of seconds.

I donโ€™t want this function. How to disable this is there an option or is this a bug. I donโ€™t want to be forced or use this.

From reddit

I experienced this too. In Tizen, press the left arrow and select Settings (donโ€™t open settings with the remote). Go to Notifications at the top of the Settings menu. A pop-up should appear in the right corner with a settings icon; open it, turn off all notifications, and confirm by pressing OK. After doing this I could play my PlayStation without any issues.

Unfortunately I am back to announce that this does not work, the pop up came back:

TheVeng, Thank you for this, I think it worked, no pop up tonight while gaming for several hours.

Thank you, TheVeng. I didn't even know those settings existed. Perfect.

Very annoying of Samsung to do this, and the only option shown being one that looks like it might walk you through enabling or approving of something you don't want.

I'd already checked out the AI picture settings, and while interesting they're far too saturated, bright and unnatural for me to use regularly. The only aspect of the AI picture I'd like to have is the improved upscaling/sharpening, and that would need to be dialed back a bit as well. Looked great upscaling 720p sports, but the rest of the changes look like settings a TV salesman would use for maximum "pop".

If Samsung wants the AI picture feature to be popular, the engineers need to add the ability to tune it.

Mine came back as well. Disconnected from the internet and itโ€™s stopped appearing. Not using any smart features, so not a loss. Will just connect when I need to check for updates.

I have the exact same issue as written above; there is NO General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings on my new Samsung model QN55S95FAF.   I've thoroughly been over the menu to no avail; there is NO setting for this. I do have the latest Firmware, version 1131. How can I make this pop-up stop and NEVER come up? Please advise.

When are you going to provide a solution to this very annoying problem?

I finally solved this with one of the above comments. I finally ceded power to the pop up and pressed the AI button on the remote, set it all up, then once it took me to the AI page I scrolled along to settings > terms and conditions > unticked my approval

It Immediately kicked me out the AI page and the pop up has not returned

Yeah, this is comically ridiculous. We donโ€™t want AI garbage rigged into every facet of life. Every company seems to be forcing this BS into literally all software.. We do not want this. The seriously needs to be a way to disable this glorified AI ad entirely.
