Hi,

I have this issue with  the TV where all my apps are reset (logged off) upon tv shut down including home apps like samsung TV plus.
Though i completely understand that this is a commercial hospitality TV, i want ensure if this is a feature or fault of the TV.
Is there a way to keep my apps like YouTube and BBC iplayer signed in permanently?

Hello, jtriton. Welcome to the Community! Thanks for reaching out to us about this issue. Have you tried a soft reset on TV yet?

To do a soft reset (power cycle) by unplugging the TV for 30 seconds, then plugging it back in, or by holding the power button on the remote until the TV restarts.
Some other troubleshooting steps you could take would be making sure the TV's software is up-to-date. To do this simply go to (Settings > Support > Software) or try clearing the app cache on the TV. (Settings > Apps > Choose the App > Storage > Clear Cache.)

Let us know if this helps!

My TV is up to date with latest firmware and there are no option like the given one

(Settings > Apps > Choose the App > Storage > Clear Cache.)

If those steps didn't help, Try these next.

1. Press the Home button on your remote control and then head to Settings. ...
2. Navigate to All Settings.
3. Choose Support and then Device Care.
4. Select Manage Storage.
5. Choose an app and then View Details.
6. Here you can select Clear Data and Clear Cache for the chosen app.

This usually means an app is running in the background, or you're on an input other than live TV. To fix it, close any background apps, switch to live TV, and then try accessing "Device Care" again.
