Hello, I recently started getting thiserroras in this past weekend Valentine's weekend 2025...HuluerrorP-DEV302. I know it is not an internet issue as I am able to stream from Paramount, Netflix, & Amazon prime without issue. I have reinstalled theHuluapp and it still will not function. There is a specific uniqueerrorID number, DRM-3-5 404 1F9B.
My Samsung model number is QN55qn90cafxza. The serial number is available you request in private message only.
I just checked that the software for TV was up to date and manually ran a software update and it is current. I have cycled a hard boot on the TV by pressing and holding the power button until the tv logo appears. I still get the same error code. It results in being unable to stream Hulu.
What is the resolution for this issue? Or how do I fix it? Is this a warranty claim creeping in. I purchased the extended warranty.
