the TV volume raises on it's own, I can't select menu items, as they advance on their own, and the HDMI switching wont work. I've narrowed it down to a bad One connect box,  BN91-21195E.

I've been told that they no longer make this part. I replaced this box once already, under warranty. I couldn't just buy a replacement. Samsung was insisting that I pay them to come out and diagnose it (which I don't need) and then charge for a replacement. So, in other words, I would get charged $300 for the housecall, and another $600 for the box.

So, Now I have a $4300.00 TV that was the top of the line, and is now  useless. Any help, Anyone???

You can look on Ebay for the One connect box. Make sure to read the feedback of the sellers before purchasing!

I've been looking on Ebay for that particular box for 6 months. It is model specific.

When you purchased your TV, it should have come with two sizes of the one connect cable. I would recommend trying the other cable to see if that helps. Otherwise, this is the parts website. Remember, if it says out of stock, sometimes it will list an alternate device that will work https://samsungpartsusa.com/
