LED and OLED TVsI have a samsung D95 OLED TV. I use 1 HDMI input which is fed by my Denon AVR. My AVR has a cable box, blueray player and Windows PC connected and switching sources are done in the Denon. SAME HDMI input on the Samsung.
SO when I am wathcing the cable box I have 5 or more screen modes including "movie". WHen I switch to the computer, suddenly I only have 2 modes and they are very bright. I watch my movies of a NAS so I need a "movie" mode. Why would the TV change screen modes since I an using the same input.
I reead if an input was set to "PC" they you get 2 screen modes which is what I am getting. But the name is not chaning ont he TV input, it stays AVR so not sure how the TV is deciding to make the screen mode options change.
ALso, is it possible to create a NEW "screen mode" and save it with a new name, or can I only chnage settings for one of the screen modes and save that. ANd are these different on each TV input.
Thanks for any help.

LED and OLED TVsHi there, Thanks so much for asking about this. There are many factors that help the TV determine what settings and features are available with different devices. However, the primary source for these options are the type of signals being received by the connected device. Currently there is not an option to add or change the available settings on the TV. Additionally, we do recommend keeping the TVs software up to date, as there may be changes or additions to the available features in the future.
