After last week’s update (Version 2011) my OLED TV registers 91Mbps instead of 300Mbps while using Samsung Internet browser. This creates streaming errors in apps like Sling and even in Samsung TV Plus. Either wired or wireless.

I’ve done a factory reset and issue remains. But now I can’t even use the Device Care option within the Support section as it displays message “This function isn’t available”.

You can only use the Device Care option when using Samsung TV Plus or any active input signal (Antenna, HDMI, or USB-C). After switching to one of these sources, run Device Care.
(We recommend running Device Care on the input signal you want to troubleshoot.)

Thank you for the reply regarding Device Care.

i reached out to Samsung Technical Support and after running remote troubleshooting they have dispatched a tecnician for onsite support next week to address the streaming issues.

I am also have problems with version 2011. YouTube TV doesn’t work and some of the Samsung TV Plus channels don’t work. Is there a way to go back to the previous version?

Great point. Maybe doing a factory reset takes you to an earlier OS version but I don’t  recall whether the process automatically updates to the most recent OS or if you still need to do it as a separate step.

This is my update. The issue still persists after having Samsung agents both remotly ans on site troubleshooting it.
My frustration is every agent wants to do exactly what the previous one did and we are getting no where. App reinstalls, factory resets, hub downloads, etc.
