Missing the spectrum app on the TV

Hi mine QN90F dosent support spectrum app it's dosent vome pre install and I tried installed but it dosent find it and mine QN90D does .

Hello @RhinaGuerrero! Thank you for reaching out! If the app isn't available on the app store for the TV, then that means that the TV doesn't support the app. I would recommend reaching out to Charter Spectrum about the availability on the TV.
