My UN55NU6900FXZA has locked up on the home screen the remote doe snot work I have tried all the suggestions I have seen videos on the matter and read articles - please help I would hate to throw this Tv away because until now i really love it.
Hello @userZbUAb40cUs! Thank you for reaching out! I would recommend unplugging the TV for around a minute to see if this still occurs. I would also recommend resetting the remote by taking the batteries out and holding down the power button for at least 10 seconds. Also, please let me know of the other troubleshooting steps that you have tried!
