Old LN19C350 TV not showing HDMI source

I wanted to get rid of that annoying black bar that periodically shows up every once in a while because it was really distracting, So I looked online and read that changing the source settings would help so I did and now options like the HDMI source are greyed out and when I went into "self diagnostics" there is no reset option (the only sources I can acess are PC and TV

When I go into the source list

When I try to select it

(Also I kinda lost the remote for the TV and have only been able to use those buttons on the bottom of the TV to navigate around)

I have a HDMI cable connected that's about it other then the power cord obviously

Alright I'm at the plug in paly option now what do I do?

Did you reset it

Ok so when I go onto plug and play and select home the three options are

Air

Cable

Auto - both

Yes

Ok now it shows up this what do I set them to?

If you have cable or anything connected you can just leave it at the 1st one that stands for standard

If you don't have anything connected you can just skip it
