Remote working except volume

My remote is working totally fine except for volume button (up/down/mute). I reset my TV and the volume button worked fine after that…only to stop working again about a week later. I have no external speakers connected to TV.

Hi, Meghanh1188. Welcome to the Community! I know how frustrating not being able to adjust the volume on your TV can be.
Have you tried resetting your remote? To do this, remove the batteries and hold down any button for 15 seconds, then re-insert the batteries. Hope this helps!

yes i have reset the remote with no luck.  every other button on remote funtions properly
