LED and OLED TVsI just bought and setup a 65in S90D for our living room. It's connected to a brand new Xfinity cable box and 4k HDMI cable. The normal television picture is great. What I noticed though is that when we login to Netflix, Disney+ or whatever streaming service 4k is not offered on the movie title screen. However, when I go to the same service and movie on the LG in my office it does say 4k. They're being accessed exactly the same way so I know that's not an issue. Do I need to change a setting, what am I missing?

LED and OLED TVsHi there, Thanks so much for reaching out about this. Just to confirm, have you checked that the TV and streaming apps are all up to date on software? Also, are you using the streaming apps from the TV or from the cable box? You may also want to check with the specific apps as they may have individual 4k settings that need to be enabled.
