LED and OLED TVsI have only had this tv for 3.5 months and i am already having issues..... When I am inside an app like YouTube, Hulu, or other the on screen keyboard does not work properly. I have tried using the factory remote, downloading the app onto my iPad and the remote for the other Samsung tv. The cursor will not move 1 letter / number at a time. It jumps 2-4 at a time right, left, up, or down depending on the direction pressed. I have tried unplugging the tv for 5 minutes. I also searched for any available updates with no success. Best Buy tech was zero help and even though I have the My Best Buy Total they told me I had to contact Samsung. Not being able to search titles makes this smart tv useless.
