LED and OLED TVsMy Samsung Smart TV remote mic records my voice and displays the channel I've spoken on the TV screen. But it then does nothing. It remains on the current channel and never switches to the channel spoken into the mic. What could prevent the TV from following the voice instructions?
The mic worked perfectly until a week ago or so. I've tried to restart the remote & re-pair it. No change in behavior.
It has a rechargeable battery. Fully charged. Fully updated.
Any suggestions how to fix this?

LED and OLED TVsI did some research, since you didn't put model or size, this seems to be a general fix. Also, what kind of cables are you using for the sources?
1. Disconnect all HDMI sources from the inputs. 2. Unplug the power from TV/LCD for 10 minutes. 3. Plug the TV/LCD back in. 4. Connect the HDMI cable one device at a time. 5. Turn on the device (ex. PS3). 6. Repeat steps 4-5 for each HDMI port.
