LED and OLED TVsHello, There. I can see how that would be frustrating. Can you advise if you have a good network connection? Sometimes if the network is not stable, it can cause this type of symptoms to appear.
Here's some steps you can take if you're connected but it seems like the applications and things are not working very well or the servers are not connecting easily: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01111046/#tv-connects-to-wi-fi-but-has-a-bad-co...
Also, when you state that you performed a reset? Can you advise what that means? Did you perform a factory reset of the television or did you do a smart hub reset, or did you just power cycle the unit?
I would recommend trying a smart hub reset. This link is an international one, but the steps would be the same for the US as well check this out: https://www.samsung.com/au/support/tv-audio-video/reset-smart-hub-samsung-tv/

LED and OLED TVsmy television is hard wired to my internet router, i do not use wifi for connection, so the network/connection should be about as good as i can get.
i tried turning remote off with holding power button until it came back on, i tried leaving unplugged for 10 minutes, i tried reset of smart hub and reinstall all applications.
i can watch movies or use the internet as well as i could before but the search function in the smart hub does not give any results for movies.

LED and OLED TVsSame problem. I can’t understand what’s happening. When I used to search for a movie or show in the search bar it would pull up the title and then give me options of where to watch. Now all I get is “no search results found” for every title that I search. Hurry up and fix this issue Samsung and stop blaming internet connection.
