Unable to browse to lan ip and port

We have several TVs in our office (UN32M4500BFXZA) that we used to be able to view a web gui at a certain LAN IP/port. We are still able to view this LAN IP/port from any other browser on our network but the TVs are blank and never resolve or give an error. We have tried using both http and https (the LAN IP address is http) and factory resetting the TVs. The software update page indicates that we're using the latest firmware (2401.0) but oddly the software download page shows 1325.2 are the latest version. Does anyone have an idea what the issue is?

Hello there and welcome to the community!  That is an unfortunate limitation of our browsers and over time certain websites will no longer be compatible with our browsers.

In regard to the updates listed on the website compared to the television, the updates are sent to the televisions first before they are posted to the website.  The website may not always have the most updated information.
