I've had this tv since it released in 2017 and I have only ever had English set for the language for this tv. As of today all voice commands given are not being recognized and when displayed on the tv, it's showing up in Russian.
I have checked all of the language settings and they are set to English. I'm unable to check for an update to this tv for some reason as that option is grayed out and it's showing as offline in the smart things app.
The only thing I really use the voice commands for is to turn on the sleep timer which I can do manually still, however, it's not convenient.
There are also multiple posts on Reddit for this same issue happening on other models but no solutions as to how to fix it.
Is there a fix for this issue?
Edit to add: the TV is connected to my network, I'm able to use streaming apps on it without issues and it does have my Samsung account connected.

LED and OLED TVsMine just started doing this too. I'm not sure if the language it's displaying is Russian or Finnish though. I've tried everything to fix this with no luck. If others are having this issue the problem might not be on our end

LED and OLED TVsCan't be from update since 2017 mdls no longer get updates; I think its a hack against samsung's tvs. This same topic is on the EU samsung community and they have no answers as well.

Monday in
LED and OLED TVsThe next morning was able to access the update section where I did have an update from version 1400 to 1401, however it did say it hadn't checked for an update since 2020. This update did not fix anything unfortunately.

LED and OLED TVsI have 2 different Samsung models bought in 2017 and the both started doing this recently. Iāve combed through all the settings, reset tv, re-synced the remote and manually checked updates and no change. Iām in the US by the way.
