LED and OLED TVsI purchased a TU690T 65 inch for my office. All our TV’s and Soundbars are Samsung Love the product. First day it turns on by its self. Then started changing the channel. Call tech support. 2 1/2 hours on the phone. They had remote access still couldn’t figure it out. They tell me to update the tv. Fiber optic hardwired and on smart things. No update They even tried. Nothing. I use the usb method nothing. Samsung send out the repair guys. They seen everything. Took my batteries out of the remote held the power button down. Switched channels and went to apps. Things possessed. lol. Repair guys say I need a new motherboard. So it comes in Tuesday morning installed. Turn it on. Few minutes later. Did everything again. Tech said I might need a new panel. And they said to call Samsung tell them what happened. That sure was a mistake. So Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. They said they don’t have the report yet. Thursday evening I do the chat. Guy says yes we have the report got it Tuesday night. I tell him what happened with the Tv. He says I’m going to text you a link. Put in the tv symptoms. I said ok. He didn’t tell me he opened another repair ticket with the same company. Wednesday a rep calls says she’s going to call me Thursday about an exchange. Still haven’t heard anything. Any suggestions. The repair guys called this morning they said why did they open a new ticket. Its crazy. I hope nothing else I have with them doesn’t break. This is too much.

LED and OLED TVsHello! Thank you for reaching out! I agree with @Nodakr68, this seems to be an issue with the TV's in your office to close to each other. As most Samsung TV's has a universal remote the remote will work with every TV. And will cause issues like this to happen. I would recommend testing with other TV's off and making sure no one else is using their TV to see if this is still occurring. If it is the only option would be service.
Depending on your warranty you will have a few options.
- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can call in directly at 1-800- 726-7864 with your full model and serial number to have service setup
- If you're OUT of warranty, you can use this link below to find a service center in your area.

LED and OLED TVsThat’s exactly what the repair guys told me. So when I called. She told me she was my dedicated support person and she would get back with me on exchanging. Never heard from her again. When I called in yesterday to speak to her that’s when that rep opened another repair ticket. For them to come out again.
