We purchased a new 77" OLED and have created individual profiles. When one of us moves an app to customize our view and preferences, it changes it on all the profiles.
What setting might we change to get this to work as expected? If there is no setting, what is the point of user profiles?
@CGRFam113 Typically an app will have profiles for different people, not the TV. Are you sure that it is a TV level profile that you are setting? I'm not seeing that ability in my TV settings.
I am also wondering this with my Samsung TV. When one app is signed into on my profile, it signs into that app on the other profile. Why are multiple Samsung accounts able to sign in if theyāre going to share everything with the other Samsung account?
