I got a new Samsung UN55DU7200B and it will not load over 200 files when streaming from computer. Some of the files I have on the computer have 5,000 videos in them they will show up around 400 videos when I pull them up.
The one file I have been testing with has 1,000 videos in it, if I make subfolders I can get 200 videos to show per subfolder and it will play all of the videos from each subfolder. In the information on the TV user manual it stated it will pull up 1,000. My old Samsung UN46H5203AF would pull up all the files in a folder into the 5,000 video counts.
I have completely reset my network and reloaded the drives into the video player but nothing has changed. I also tried to put some videos on an external drive, I put 990 videos on it and plugged it into the TV and it would pull 830 videos up.
I cheated with the help chat for over three hours with no solution, can there be something wrong with the TV that I got or am I missing something.
