Samsung is passing the buck with the firmware update. Send me the firmware file on a USB flash drive! Some places do not have the internet allowance.

It looks like Samsung has no Idea what is going on with the constant install of the  universal guide details! 

It does not appear any one views these forums.

I have this same issue. Whenever I pick a search result the first time after turning on the TV, it wants to install universal guide detail, just like OP's video.

No one helps here or at customer service phone support. Nothing to do but wait for a new update. The Prime video app is useless as of now! Happens with ads and videos changing all resolutions. 

Wondering if the paramount app works. What other apps will carry a Amazon prime video subscription???
