Supposedly I should get an email with instructions on how redeem the offer after creating an account and registering the device. No such luck--no email.
Can't get any help from anyone in samsung "support" -- gave up after a useless chat session and 3 phone calls where I was transferred to different departments and disconnected.
Has anyone been able to redeem this promotional offer?
The instructions say that after sucessful completion to be "on the lookout for" an email. No timeframe for the arrival of said email was stated or implied. Also included was Samsung's disclaimer of " Samsung Electronics reserves the right to change or discontinue this offer at any time without notice. See https://www.adobe.com/legal/terms.html".
Thanks for replying, and I did read the fine print. In the old snail mail days, "allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery" was appropriate and expected. Today? Not so much. The confirmation email shouldn't take more than a day or so to generate.
They reserve the right to discontinue the offer...sure, I can understand that. Maybe they ran out of redemption codes or something. In that case, take down the webpage or send a "thanks for registering, but..." email.
The whole conceit is that I'm trading my contact information for a free trial. If they can't deliver, it's false advertising at best and unethical at the least. The question remains...has anyone been able to redeem the offer?
Same issue, spoke with 4 different people in Samsung and on the phone for over an hour. They told me there is no such promotion. I was told to go back to Amazon and get the 2 month adobe PS CC from them!!! that claim it was not their promotion.
I purchased and registered my T7 almost 3 weeks ago now and all I got was the "thanks for registering" email. It says both on Amazon and on Samsung's website that I will receive a 2 month subscription for PS and LR.
I see many people have issues with getting the subscription so I didn't want to waste my time talking to Samsung. I'm surprised how a company who makes such great tech has THE worst customer service.
I register my product on August 2, 2023 and didn't get any email until August 15, 2023. So, it took 13 days for the email to arrive/be sent for me at least.
