I have a similar question for 4x qb43r's that we have. The support page wont allow me to download updated firmware, its only for "partners". Why wont you let me update?
This QB series of digital signage displays are designed and marketed to be used by a business in a closed system as signs and digital information displays, NOT as an end user PC monitor.
Administrative access is through the Samsung Partners system.
