Firmware for the QB13R monitor - no access - access only for partners

The problem as above, I want to upload new firmware to the QB13R monitor. Unfortunately, the software is only available to "partners".

The firmware is marked as:
T-KTM2ELAKUC_2370.2_USB.zip

The question of how to get this firmware?
Why is it only for "partners" (rhetorical question)

I have a similar question for 4x qb43r's that we have.   The support page wont allow me to download updated firmware, its only for "partners".   Why wont you let me update?

This QB series of digital signage displays are designed and marketed to be used by a business in a closed system as signs and digital information displays,  NOT as an end user PC monitor.

Administrative access is through the Samsung Partners system.

Look up the description and specs of the QB43R on the Samsung sites for more info.
