My case is that suddenly I will only have a sound signal, no video signal. If I link my laptop, this only sounds without video, but I have software interfaces, such as Netflix and YouTube. I have a software browsing interface. But as soon as you click on a particular video, the whole screen turns gray, and only the sound is heard. Neither restarting the display nor unplugging the power can solve this problem; I can only solve it by RESET. I do not know if you have similar issues.

If this does not help I recommend letting a service technician have a look. As we would like to gather additional information and look at this from a case by case basis please provide the full model code and the serial number of the device as well as your best contact phone number, name, and email.
