New G9 working fine for routine work but has issues whenever streaming whether is music, videos, Zoom, etc. sound breaks up frequently and images occasionally pause or skip. had no issue with prior Dell monitors. connected via viewport cable provided with monitor
What computer and GPU are you feeding the G9 with?
The issue you describe here indicates a computer system that is struggling to meet the demands of a high performance monitor. Feeding a 5k 240hz dual display monitor is a far cry more demanding than a 1080p or 4k 60hz Dell.
