Monitors and MemoryHi,
I looked at the posts and tried all suggested there. So connected with HDMI only. Turned off Adapative-Sync. No luck - still CoreSync greyed out and not selectable.
I tried a USB update to firmware ver 1005 from 23rd Oct 2023. Still no luck
Any help much appreciated.
Mike

Monitors and MemoryMay not apply to the Neo G9 but for the flat 43" Neo G7, you cannot toggle CoreSync On/Off unless Lighting is set to On as follows:
Game > Lighting > On
CoreSync > Toggle On/Off

Monitors and MemoryI'd like to add my frustration, it's quite annoying spending £1400 on a new piece of kit and there's selling points that don't seem to easily work. I've tried all different cable connections and I cannot seem to enable CoreSync....

Monitors and MemoryOn the flat 43" Neo G7, I had a similar issue and was left scratching my head It's not obvious but to turn it on you select the first menu option and then you can enable it. I'm away from my desk but will post the procedure.
