Monitors and MemoryI am unable to connect to hey Windows 11 desktop in Azure from my M8 smart monitor due to the below error.
Jose, from Technical Support, did not know what to do and just said I needed to do a factory reset and get a replacement[Case#2238946026].
Remote desktop connection to another desktop in the same Wi-Fi network is working fine. So I am guessing this is an external name resolution or routing related connectivity problem. Please advise if anybody has tried to connect to a virtual machine in Azure from their smart monitors over the internet. Samsung doesn't provide any documentation regarding how to connect to a Microsoft cloud desktop.
