I was supposed to be getting help with my Samsung Passport T 7 device and was put on hold so customer support could help others with their problems. That was 18 minutes. That is not professional. I didn't need help with USB cord, I needed help with my device not recognizing my password. Does anyone who has a Passport T 7 SSD PORTABKE HARD DRIVE have this problem? Ther appears no place to reset the Passport Password. I paid a lot of money for this not to be working even if it is just 500gb. I just want to remove pictures from my phone to improve storage.
