Monitors and MemoryThe Samsung Smart Monitor technology is so new that the Samsung Support Staff do not have access to documentation to properly support this product. I've spent countless hours on Samsung Support Chats, phone calls, shipped the device to a Samsung Repair Facility and no one understands the technology or has any means to support it.
If the Smart Monitor is purchased from Amazon, Samsung will not honor the warranty and deny the TV Access feature exists at all. After contacting the CEO Office, I was informed that the Engineering Department determined that the Smart Monitor does not have the capability to mirror TV's, only smart phones and tablets. This, despite screen shots that were provided and instructions from a Samsung Technician on how to utilize this feature. I was also informed that my Samsung TV's were too old to utilize this technology because they were not blue tooth enabled. I was told TV models from 2020 and newer have the capability to utilize TV Access. I purchased a new Samsung TV with Blue Tooth and the TV Access feature is still not functioning.
The Samsung Representative from the Office of the CEO stated that this was not her area of expertise, but the Engineering Department confirms that mirroring a TV to the Smart Monitor is not possible. She was unable to connect me to the department that determined that the TV Access feature on the Smart Monitor was not an actual functiong feature despite the menu options, screen shots and GUI.
Current status of this case is the CEO Representative is requesting a compatability list of TV's that this feature "should" work with, but she didn't sound hopeful.
My experience with Samsung Smart Monitors and Samsung's Technical Support defies logic, reason and clearly demonstrates they lack training and documentation to support their own technology.

Monitors and MemoryAccording to the TV User Manual:
There is nothing to indicate the TV can mirror to a smart monitor. The TV has provisions to connect via WiFi to a PC and Mirror with Galaxy class Samsung phones and Apple IPhones.
Mirroring is normally considered a method for a mobile device (Galaxy or Apple) to display its' screen to a similarly equipped fixed monitor in range of the common wireless ( BlueTooth) connection.
Nice pipe dream though.
