Austin Pierce, one of our amazing techs, recently helped a customer based in rural South Charleston, West Virginia. When he approached the house, which was located at the top of a hill, he was faced with a steep gravel driveway. He quickly realized his vehicle wouldn't make it up, so he parked the van and carried the parts and his tools up to the customer's house to complete the repair. We appreciate Austin's effort to go the extra mile to ensure a successful repair.
