Samsung Care has launched a new SMS program that provides personalized messages about your product with the ability to talk directly to an agent. Messages will include installation and setup, self-help content, warranty details, service information and more.
Register your product
- Go to Samsung.com and sign in for Samsung account.
- Go to Support tab and find Register a product.
- While registering, you will be able to opt in for Care SMS.
My Page & Product
*Note: Available products for Care SMS may vary
- Go to Samsung.com and sign in for Samsung account.
- Go to Profile and find My page & Products.
- In My Products list, you will be able to find Care SMS Opt in.
