Larry L., a Vietnam Veteran living in Maryland, switched to all Samsung appliances in his kitchen and laundry room. As he was learning how to use all the features, he wanted some additional assistance to ensure he was getting the most out of his new appliances.
One of our techs in the Maryland area, Bang Park, visited Larry's home to provide service on his dryer and then spent some time going over every Samsung appliance in the kitchen and laundry room. Bang even showed him tips and tricks, so Larry could further enjoy his new appliances.
