Unfortunately, whether tmobile unlocks the phone or not, it is not considered an unlocked phone. Unlocked phones end in U1 and carrier purchased devices end in a U.

It does not have to be paid off, for T-mobile to unlock it, however you need to have had it for more then 30 days and your account is in good standing

Note 10 phones beta is rolling out really soon and all you should need is a Samsung members app and check install and update in settings just read article. So if you have that you should be getting the beta really soon!

Hi I bought mine unlocked from Amazon it is the Snapdragon US.version. Will I be able to sign up for the beta even if I am in Costa Rica or do I have to use a VPN with US address to be able to sign up ?

Read VPNs wont work because it's based on registration location.
