R you unlocked? It applied to unlocked Notes at first. Do you see the message in Samsung Members for Beta? If it keeps going back to the members page with the Beta message, you phone (or carrier) is not ready yet for the upgrade. If you see a message that say thank you after you hit the beta; reset your phone; go to your settings and hit upgrade.
