If you don't see the banner in the main home screen on Samsung members app then you have to wait until you get the notification to pop up then you click and register I think their still fixing a few issues on the samsung one ui 2.0 beta before they male it available for the whole world
Note note sure how long it will take but its better to let them do there job and let them do what there doing its better then sending it out early witch it could cause fiasco and probably your device become laggy it's better to wait and be patient and let them push the update to you when ever their ready !
