How do I turn off voicemail text. Every time I receive a call that I do not answer and a voicemail is left a text appears with the voicemail message transcribed. Please help. I hate this feature. Thanks.
That would be visual voicemail and you would need to contact your carrier since they provide voicemail services

I believe there is an option in the voicemail settings to turn it off. You would need to call your voicemail and go through the prompts to figure out which one. I've had mine off for awhile now because I use a third party vm service.
